  • Season Two of the #FoxC6Strong Voices Podcast Now Available

    On Monday, January 11, 2021, the Fox C-6 School District launched season two of The #FoxC6Strong Voices. The podcast, or recorded Internet radio show, will highlight Fox C-6 students, teachers, and community members who are doing amazing work in their spaces. Episodes will be between 15 and 20 minutes in length and will be released every other Monday morning for the remainder of the school year.

  • GRAB AND GO MEAL SERVICE FOR SECOND SEMESTER

    Fox C-6 is making adjustments to the grab and go meal schedule for the second semester. Families with students who attend school in-person can pick up one breakfast and one lunch on Wednesdays, the district’s weekly virtual learning day.

    On Wednesday, January 20, 2021, Fox C-6 Superintendent Dr. Nisha Patel announced her resignation effective June 30, 2021.

  • DON EARL EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER NAMED STATE SCHOOL OF CHARACTER

    For the second time, the Don Earl Early Childhood Center has been named a Missouri State School of Character by the national not-for-profit organization Character.org. This recognition is given to schools that have achieved a standard of excellence in the area of character development through their exemplary implementation of Character.org’s 11 Principles of Effective Character Education, a framework for whole-school improvement.

  • JIM RAY NAMED LONE DELL ELEMENTARY PRINCIPAL

    uring the February 2, 2021 Board of Education meeting, the Fox C-6 Board of Education approved Mr. Jim Ray as the new Principal for Lone Dell Elementary, beginning July 1.

  • 2021-2022 SCHOOL CALENDAR RECEIVES BOARD APPROVAL

    During the February 2, 2021 Board of Education meeting, the Fox C-6 Board of Education approved the school calendar for the 2021-2022 school year. The calendar was approved following a first reading at the January 12, 2021 Board meeting, and input from the district’s calendar committee.

  • COMMUNITY INPUT ON SUPERINTENDENT SEARCH

    In conjunction with EGL Associates, Fox C-6 will be working to learn more about the community’s priorities in a new superintendent. All Fox C-6 stakeholders are invited to take a survey to share input around the characteristics of our next superintendent. The survey will be close on February 18, 2021, at 5:00 pm.   • GRADES K-5 TO BEGIN FIVE DAYS A WEEK OF IN-PERSON INSTRUCTION 4TH QUARTER

    During the March 2, 2021 Board of Education meeting, Fox C-6 Superintendent Dr. Nisha Patel announced that students in kindergarten through fifth grade will begin attending school in-person five days a week on Monday, March 22, 2021, which is the beginning of the fourth quarter.

  • FOX C-6 VIRTUAL PARENT AND STUDENT SUMMIT NOW OPEN

    Fox C-6 is excited to announce that sessions are now live for the 2021 VIRTUAL FOX C-6 PARENT & STUDENT SUMMITS. All Parent and Student Summit sessions are pre-recorded so that parents and students can watch at a time that is convenient for them. The Virtual Parent and Student Summit will be open from today, March 4, 2021, until Friday, March 19.

  • The Fox C-6 Board of Education Selects New Superintendent

    The Fox C-6 Board of Education selected Dr. Paul Fregeau as the next superintendent of the District. He will officially begin his duties July 1, 2021, replacing Dr. Nisha Patel. Dr. Fregeau is the superintendent of the Decatur Illinois School District and has thirty years of educational experience. Eight years have been spent in the position of superintendent of schools.

  • MEET INCOMING SUPERINTENDENT, DR. PAUL FREGEAU

    The Board of Education is excited to introduce Dr. Paul Fregeau, the next Superintendent of Schools for the Fox C-6 School District, to the community. On Wednesday, March 24, 2021, the Fox C-6 staff, families, and the public are invited to attend a meet and greet reception with Dr. Fregeau and the Board of Education from 4:00 - 6:00 PM at the Fox Service Center.

  • DR. NISHA PATEL HONORED WITH EMERGING SUPERINTENDENT AWARD

    Fox C-6 Superintendent, Dr. Nisha Patel, has been named the Emerging Superintendent for the St. Louis Region of the Missouri Association of School Administrators (MASA) for outstanding performance as an emerging superintendent in their second or third year of the profession.
