• Welcome to the home page for Health Services in the Fox C-6 School District. You will find frequently used district documents, information on common communicable diseases, and useful web sites. Please check this site periodically for updated information on current issues.

Our goal is to provide your child with a safe and healthy learning environment. It is a known fact that healthy children are better learners and are more successful in school. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your child's educational experience!

  • The primary goals of the Fox C-6 School District's wellness program are to promote student health, reduce student overweight/obesity, facilitate student learning of lifelong healthy habits and increase student achievement. During the course of implementation, the program will be evaluated periodically for compliance. The following procedures will guide the implementation of the district wellness program.

    New / Current Student

All up to date immunization documentation must be received by the school before the first day of school,  so the nurses may have time to review them before the first day of school. Immunization records may be faxed, emailed, or brought into your child’s school.

Per State Law  Section 167.181, RSMo.

Students can not attend school unless they are properly immunized and can provide satisfactory evidence of the immunization or unless they are exempted.  Proper exemption paperwork must be submitted for student attendance

Please consult your pediatrician or healthcare provider to ensure your child is ready for school by reviewing the state immunization requirements.

If you have a medical concern about your child and would like to meet with the building nurse, please call to schedule an appointment.  The nurses will be in their offices on August 7th, 8th, 12th, 13th, and 15th, of 2024 if you'd like to meet regarding the 2024-2025 school year.
