Back to School Information
New / Current Student
All up to date immunization documentation must be received by the school before the first day of school, so the nurses may have time to review them before the first day of school. Immunization records may be faxed, emailed, or brought into your child’s school.
Per State Law Section 167.181, RSMo.
Students can not attend school unless they are properly immunized and can provide satisfactory evidence of the immunization or unless they are exempted. Proper exemption paperwork must be submitted for student attendance
Please consult your pediatrician or healthcare provider to ensure your child is ready for school by reviewing the state immunization requirements.
If you have a medical concern about your child and would like to meet with the building nurse, please call to schedule an appointment. The nurses will be in their offices on August 7th, 8th, 12th, 13th, and 15th, of 2024 if you'd like to meet regarding the 2024-2025 school year.
