Message Regarding Recent Storms
On Friday, March 14, 2025, Arnold was hit by a tornado and severe storms that caused significant damage around our area. Below is a message sent by Fox C-6 Superintendent Dr. Paul Fregeau to the entire Fox C-6 Community regarding the storms and damage sustained.
Note: This post was revised to correct the dates of spring break. District offices will re-open on Wednesday, March 19.

Dear Fox C-6 Families and Staff,
I hope this finds you safe and well. As many of you know, the tornado that struck our area on Friday night has significantly impacted our community. As we have stated several times before, the safety and well-being of our students, staff, and families are our top priority. That especially rings true right now, as I am thinking of each of you who has had damage to your homes and may still be without power.
The damage to our school buildings, property, and surrounding neighborhoods is extensive. Please know that we are working diligently with local authorities, emergency services, and our school team to assess and address the damage. As a reminder, our district offices will be closed March 17-18 for Spring Break. At this point, we anticipate that offices will be back open beginning Wednesday, March 19.
We are so proud of how this community has already come together, and we know that with your continued support, we will rebuild and come out of this stronger than ever. In the meantime, please reach out to us if you have questions, need assistance, or simply want to stay informed about school updates.
As of now, we plan to resume classes as scheduled on Monday, March 24. However, if further evaluation of storm damage forces us to change that plan, we will communicate with staff and families when we have that information.
Thank you for your resilience, your support, and your commitment to our students and each other during this difficult time.
Respectfully,
Dr. Paul Fregeau
Superintendent
Fox C-6 School District
