Description:

Archery Club
Description:
International, Olympic-style target archery.

Description:
Athletes from all sports programs come together to find ways to improve the academic/athletic area. OPEN to all students.

Color Guard
Description:
Performs choreographed dance routines using various equipment with the marching band during the fall season. Competes during the winter season. Auditions are held in November for the winter season and spring for the fall season.

ESports
Description:
A program that fields teams in the Missouri Scholastic Esports Federation’s scholastic leagues. Join anytime. There are fall, winter and spring leagues each with regional playoffs and state finals.
Be prepared to work hard to earn a spot on the competition roster. Practices and games are required.
Free Play Fridays are for anyone to come play our games for fun!

Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA)
Description:
FCA is a student-led, non-denominational, faith-based organization on campus. Our fall-kickoff is the annual SYATP (See You at the Pole™) event in which students around the globe meet at flagpoles to pray for their schools. Despite its name, FCA is open to all students, including both athletes and non-athletes.

Speech & Debate
Description:
A place to practice and hone solo performance for competition. Students have the opportunity to compete in several different events from storytelling, duet acting, and can even perform humorous monologues. The focus of this group is to be better speakers, better young professionals, and learn more about speaking and debating! This group works in tandem with the Theatre Troupe to produce a competition One Act and Reader’s Theatre Play. Theatre Troupe
Description:
Meets several times each week according to a custom rehearsal/work schedule after school. The FHS Theatre Troupe produces a Full-Length Play, a Musical (with music direction by Miss Hill), and competition pieces: One Act and Reader’s Theatre Play in cooperation with the Speech & Debate Team (coached by Mr. Meyer and Mr. Allen). Activities include acting, carpentry, singing, painting, dancing, and working with lighting and sound equipment. Actors must audition to be cast in performances. Technicians volunteer but try out for running crew positions. Contact Mr. McClinton for information.

Tri-M Music Honor Society
Description:
The Tri-M (Modern Music Makers) Music Honor Society® is a program of NAfME which focuses on creating future leaders in music education and music advocacy. Tri-M recognizes students that have gone above and beyond both academically and musically. Tri-M also provides students leadership opportunities to make a difference in their community through music-based service projects.

Yearbook
Description:
Yearbook meets daily 5th hour as the Mass Media class, and participants will be required to attend after-school activities and sports events to get pictures and conduct research and interviews. Editors also hold after-school meetings and work sessions on occasion. Students work together to create the Fox Hako Yearbook. Students develop skills in photography, design, Photoshop, Illustrator, interviewing, business management, sales and marketing, and writing
