{May 16, 2023} Arnold, MO - In an effort to connect Jefferson County and other nearby residents to open positions in the Fox C-6 Transportation Department, the District is hosting two bus driver recruitment fairs. The first recruitment event will be held on Thursday, May 25, from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm. The second recruitment event will be held on Saturday, June 3 from 9:00 am until 11:00 am. Both recruitment fairs will be held at the Fox C-6 Service Center. 

Job seekers will be able to speak with representatives from the Transportation Department to learn about the details of driving a school bus, have the opportunity to test drive a bus through the Service Center parking lot, and apply for a job as a bus driver on the spot.

No prior experience as a bus driver is required to apply. All applicants who are hired will receive paid training and a competitive compensation package including board-paid health insurance and retirement.
