Instructions for Requesting PD

  1. Submit the correct PD request.
  2. If your PD request is approved, the PO will then be submitted by the PD secretary.
    1. If the PD request is denied, you will receive an email advising of the denial.
  3. Once the PO is approved, the PD secretary will reach out to you, to advise of the approval & any next steps.

  4. Upon completion of your PD, you must email confirmation of attendance to ahrensm@foxc6.org 
    1. This can be a name badge, completion certificate, or photo proof.

Additional Information

  • Upon PO Approval, you will be advised to Register yourself (if Registration is required) & submit your own Sub Request (if a Sub is required). 
    • Only in specified cases will the PD secretary register for a staff member.
  • Never commit funds to a vendor until the PO is approved.
    • Just because a staff member submits a request, or the PD Department submits a purchase order, does not guarantee it will be approved.
  • Please submit your request at least one month prior to the date payment is required, the event date, and/or the date resources are needed.
    • If you submit your request within 30 days, you risk your request being denied for lack of processing time. 
  • Any materials purchased with PD funds must be for teacher learning (not classroom materials for teachers or students).
  • The PD secretary will submit all of the PO’s for PD accounts.
    • PD accounts should not be accessible to the individual buildings in SisFin. 
       

PD Travel Reimbursement

  • All PD Travel Reimbursements are submitted through InformedK12 (selecting PD) within 30 days of your trip.
  • Please be sure to take copies of the Fox C6 Missouri Tax Exempt Certificate with you when attending out-of-town PD, to give to vendors (restaurants, hotels, etc.) because the district will not reimburse for Missouri Tax.
