Our goal is to provide your child with a safe and healthy learning environment. It is a known fact that healthy children are better learners and are more successful in school. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your child's educational experience!
The primary goals of the Fox C-6 School District's wellness program are to promote student health, reduce student overweight/obesity, facilitate student learning of lifelong healthy habits and increase student achievement. During the course of implementation, the program will be evaluated periodically for compliance. The following procedures will guide the implementation of the district wellness program.

Back to School Information
New / Current Student
All up to date immunization documentation must be received by the school before the first day of school, so the nurses may have time to review them before the first day of school. Immunization records may be faxed, emailed, or brought into your child’s school.
Per State Law Section 167.181, RSMo.
Students can not attend school unless they are properly immunized and can provide satisfactory evidence of the immunization or unless they are exempted. Proper exemption paperwork must be submitted for student attendance
Please consult your pediatrician or healthcare provider to ensure your child is ready for school. Please review the state immunization requirements.
If you have a medical concern about your child and would like to meet with the building nurse, please call to schedule an appointment.
