• Registration dates for Building Blocks' 2026-2027 school year will be announced in February 2026.

    Any student who enrolls and is placed on a roster for 2026-2027 Building Blocks will have the option to register for Building Blocks' summer (June & July 2026) Wee Ones Summer Camp, located at Don Earl Early Childhood Center (JUNE) and Simpson Elementary (JULY). All registrations will be completed on our childcare platform, ARUX. 

    To register, you will first need to create an ARUX account, then add your child’s information to your profile. Once those steps are complete, and registration links are open, you may register for Building Blocks, CKC (if needed), and Wee Ones (if needed) separately. Since all programs are housed within the ARUX system, the process is quick and user-friendly.

    At this time, our locations include:

    Fox Elementary (7:15am-3:15pm) 2 classrooms

    Meramec Heights Elementary (8:15am-4:15pm) 2 classrooms

    Rockport Heights Elementary (7:15am-3:15pm) 2 classrooms

    Seckman Elementary (8:15am-4:15pm) 2 classrooms

    Character Kids Club, before and after childcare at your child's Building Blocks location, is available at an additional cost. The hours are 6:15am until Building Blocks begins, and from dismissal until 6:15pm. All Character Kids Club staff are Fox C-6 employees, have cleared background screening, CPR/1st Aid certified, and care for students in the school cafeteria for students enrolling in Building Blocks-5th grade.

    Building Blocks fees for CKC in 2026-2027 are:

    Morning care only: $25 (flat fee for 1-5 mornings)

    Afternoon care only: $25 (flat fee for 1-5 afternoons)

    Morning and afternoon care: $40 (flat fee for 1-5 mornings and afternoons)

    BUILDING BLOCKS ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS:

    * Parents must provide transportation to and from their child's Building Blocks location.

    * Enrolled students must be fully potty-trained and demonstrate complete bathroom independence.

    * All students must be 3 years of age on or before February 28, 2026.

    * All students should be able to adapt to the Building Blocks environment, and comply with Building Blocks goals, philosophies, rules, routines, and academics. We are committed to ADA principals, and we will provide reasonable accommodations when needed.

    * Families must be current district residents or work for the Fox C-6 School District.

    * Families must review the Building Blocks Handbook   

    * Eligible 4 year old birth dates between 8/1/2021-7/31/2022 (must not turn 5 years of age on or before 7/31/2026)

    * Eligible 3 year old birth dates between 8/1/2022-2/29/2023 (must be 3 years old on or before 2/28/2026)

    * Before completing your child's Building Blocks registration on ARUX, you will be required to provide and upload your child's birth certificate, immunization records, and one copy of proof of residency from list A and one from list B.
